The suburb of Kuraby is about 19km south of the Brisbane CBD and borders the suburbs of Underwood, Stretton and Runcorn.

According to REIQ research, Kuraby has seen exceptional growth in terms of its median house price growth in recent years compared with neighbouring suburbs.

The main reason for this is the attractive topographical elevation of the area, creating an atmosphere of leafy bushland tranquillity. 
The suburb has also undergone extensive residential development in the last few years.
